Join us as we celebrate the colorful history and spectacular athletes of Roller Derby with skaters from the Los Angeles Thunderbirds and much more. We’ll be hosting the National Roller Derby Hall of Fame induction ceremony, with living legends Honey Sanchez, Larry Lewis, John Hall, Bertha Ruiz Copeland, Carmen “Sugar” Thompson and other surprise guests. The fun continues at Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale from 5-7pm where you can share with members of the T-Birds, Derby Dolls, and Angel City Derby.
1:30pm – National Roller Derby Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
3pm – Conversations with the Stars
This event is in conjunction with the exhibition “18th and Grand: The Olympic Auditorium.”
